She represented South Africa internationally from a very young age as both a dancer and rhythmic gymnast. She grew up in a family where movement was one of the biggest parts of daily life and not much thought went into staying fit thanks to her natural love for keeping active. This took her in a new direction on her fitness journey after studying Exercise Science & Sports Massage, which is now her passion and full-time career. Kirsten is a huge advocate of movement, having spent most of her early life expressing herself through the art of dance movement and now applies this in her daily life in maintaining a level of strength, flexibility, power, and endurance that she developed over the years while dancing. During the course of 2019 she also started to explore the benefits of a plant-based diet and hasn't looked back. She is a passionate ambassador for helping people develop a healthy and sustainable lifestyle, that applies intention to every aspect of one's life.
